The staff was friendly

The hotel is not well cleaned, the walls are not clean, which made me sick. You can take a look of my photos.There are occasional noise in the night, which made me hard to fall asleep.The room I booked was garden view, but the “garden view” is just a wall 10 inches to the windows.The internet never works.The hotel cooperates with an under-qualified motorcycle renter, who gives us problematic bikes. The bike breaks down on the road, which is super DANGEROUS for us, also wasted us a lot of time, and in the end, we have to PAY for the malfunction! This is insane!I rented motorcycles through hotels quite often during my trip in other places in Southeast Asia, each time the experience was pleasant. This hotel is disappointing for this matter.

Great location. Nice pool. Hanna was so helpful. My hot air balloon ride was canceled. Booked a paramotor for sunrise and it was incredible. Would do it again in a second. Kayak/cave/lagoon half day was nice too.

We were pleased with our stay there for what we paid, reasonable price for some tour services and tuktuk to lagoons. The top floor room was nice with the mountain view.

Friendly staff who always help you immediately with their possibility.Peaceful and safe hotel, all staff are family members.The place was clean and spacious.Breakfast was also good.

Staff was amazing! - Helped us plan a full day excursion and buy train tickets - breakfast was so nice in the mornings - room was spacious and very comfy.

No view from room. Shower pressure not good. TV not working. Sink didn't drain. Room hsd damp smell.

Breakfast has improved since my last visit. The hotel is 'statley', it has polished wood everywhere and is clean. Guests need to remove footware before entering, so the place stays clean. My room, like last year, was a decent size with great aircon and an awesome view. All the staff were friendly and accommodating.OK, it's not 5 star, don't expect fine finishing, but still the whole place is clean and in a great location. It will continue to be my go-to place in Vang Vieng.

Location is near everything you need.Staff in every sector is nice and helpful.Breakfast more than basic, has everything to start your day.Great views of the hot balloons preparations and flights!.

Great staff helpful reception at its toe always ready to help and guide. Good breakfast swimming pool at 3rd floor. Breakfast at 5th floor with a view of mountain. Tour desk very much helpful.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff was warm and welcoming, and the location was great. Breakfast is great. the view from the balcony on the restaurant room is great, you also can see the hot air ballons take off over the city. While there's room for improvement in some areas, I am completely satisfied with the services, especially considering the affordable price. Loved my stay and highly recommend it for budget travelers.

Clean, comfortable beds. Can book onwards buses and tours with this hotel.

The pool doesn’t get sun in the afternoon, but is still a nice place to relax.

Location is good

The hotel has an outdated style that feels more worn-out than classic. The decor and facilities seem untouched for years, lacking any modern upgrades. Despite the high price, the experience doesn’t match the cost—rooms are basic, amenities are limited, and service is average at best. Definitely not value for money. Wouldn’t recommend unless you have no other options.

What’s the point of having a fridge in the room when electricity goes off every time I leave with my key? Also there was no safety box and we had to carry all our money and passports every day. You could leave the stuff in a box next to the reception, but it said that ”the hotel is not responsible…” That didn’t sound safe.Breakfast wasn’t the best, I’ve had way better ones in Laos for the same price. They had the worst ”coffee” I’ve ever tasted. Not even sure if it was just brown hot water. They only gave us 1 roll of toilet paper and there was no hand soap in the bathroom. Bathroom could have been cleaner. No view from the room.

Awful, avoid coming

Do not come to this one!We have been stolen 350$ and after we lost two days at the vacation because of that it end up that the hotel didn’t help at all and didn’t really care about that also, and we are not the only ones that have been robbed, there was like 3 more people that was in the same story and end up like us.There is a lot hotels and hostels here don’t take the risk to be robbed too and just go somewhere else.

The staffs are really nice and polite, thanks for all the kind help. The location is really good, convenient to everywhere in the city. Room is tidy and clean, we four spent a pleasant time here.
